1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Discover Pulse (discoverpulse.it), operated by Tabbid Media Srls, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Description of the service

Discover Pulse is a SaaS tool that tracks trending topics across Google Discover in multiple countries and categories, and provides supporting tools such as content briefs, a technical readiness check, and Google Search Console reporting for connected accounts. Starter and Pro subscribers can also use Traffic Boost, with a monthly allowance of included campaigns and optional campaign packages for more, as described in section 6.

3. Account registration

To use Discover Pulse, you must register an account with accurate information and verify your email address. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Free trial and plans

New accounts receive a time-limited full-access trial, as described on our Pricing page. After the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; we’ll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

5. Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are bought on the checkout of our Shopify store (discovermethod.it) and renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your customer account on the store; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If a renewal payment fails and isn’t completed within a few days, your account moves to the Free plan. We don’t provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Traffic Boost campaign packages are separate one-time payments made on the same checkout and are covered by section 6.

6. Traffic Boost

What it is. Traffic Boost is a feature for accounts with an active Starter or Pro plan. It promotes a page you choose through push notifications sent to an opt-in subscriber network, in the country you select, for a fixed window of 60 minutes starting at the time you choose. Campaigns can only start within the operating hours shown in the campaign form (currently 06:00–20:00, Italian time).

Campaigns. Traffic Boost is counted in campaigns: one campaign is one article URL pushed for 60 minutes. Each campaign you submit uses one campaign from your account — first one of the campaigns included in your plan this month, then one from your packages.

Included campaigns. Each active Starter or Pro subscription includes 3 campaigns per calendar month at no extra cost. Unused included campaigns don’t carry over to the next month and have no cash value. Accounts in the free trial or on the Free plan don’t receive included campaigns.

Campaign packages. More campaigns are bought in packages through a one-time payment on our Shopify checkout (currently Boost Starter — 25 campaigns, Boost Growth — 55 campaigns, Boost Scale — 120 campaigns). Package campaigns don’t expire, can only be used for Traffic Boost, have no cash value and can’t be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn. Payments for packages are final and are not refunded, except where a refund is required by mandatory law. We may change the packages for future purchases; changes never affect campaigns you’ve already bought.

Campaigns not approved or cancelled. If a campaign isn’t approved, or you cancel it while it’s still in review, the campaign is given back to your account — it is not paid back as money. Once a campaign has started, it is considered used.

Review. Every campaign is reviewed by our team before it starts, and we may decline any campaign at our discretion — for example pages with unlawful, misleading, adult, gambling, violent or hateful content, malware, deceptive redirects, content that infringes third-party rights, or anything that would breach the rules of the push networks we use. We may also stop a running campaign that turns out to breach these rules; in that case the budget is not returned. Campaigns not reviewed before their start time may be declined automatically.

Your responsibilities. You must own or be authorised to promote the page you submit, and you’re responsible for its content and for making sure that receiving promoted traffic is compatible with the terms of any advertising, analytics or affiliate platforms you use on your site.

No guaranteed results. The number of visits a campaign delivers depends on subscriber activity and varies from campaign to campaign. We don’t guarantee any specific number of visits, conversions or earnings, and Traffic Boost has no effect on Google Discover, Google Search rankings or any other Google product.

Coaching Program. Customers of our Coaching Program use Traffic Boost under their separate agreement with us: campaigns are set up by our team, packages are not available to them, and where that agreement differs from this section, the agreement prevails.

Subscriber data. Push subscribers’ personal data is never shared with you; you only see the status of your campaigns.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other users; attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures; scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or content in bulk without our written permission; or use the service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

8. Content and data

Trend data, scores, content briefs, and other outputs generated by Discover Pulse are provided to help inform your own editorial decisions. We don’t guarantee that following any signal, brief, or suggestion from the service will result in specific traffic, rankings, or inclusion in Google Discover — those outcomes are ultimately determined by Google.

Trend data is compiled from publicly available news metadata (headlines, links, publication times) gathered from multiple open sources, including The GDELT Project (gdeltproject.org), and processed with our own classification and scoring.

9. Third-party integrations

If you connect your Google Search Console account, you authorize us to access the specific data you approve during that connection, solely to display it back to you within your dashboard. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your dashboard.

10. Service availability

We work to keep Discover Pulse available and up to date, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The service, and the trend data it relies on, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabbid Media Srls will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any impact on your website’s traffic, rankings, or Discover performance, and including the results of any Traffic Boost campaign.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable use provisions above.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
